Laser hair removal is a simple process. A medical professional prepares the target area by coating it with a gel, then runs a specialized laser handset over the area. The laser light passes harmlessly through your skin and is absorbed by the melanin in your hair follicles. Two to three weeks later, most clients experience hair fall out. Regrowth is permanently disabled in follicles treated that were in the active growth phase during treatment. Follow-up visits are timed to target upcoming active growth cycles to assist in disabling remaining follicles.
